Roland revealed a mighty new bass last night. The Fender Jazzmaster Fretless beauty (not the official name I fear) but a mighty fine sounding instrument anyhow. The guitars are going to be lined up on stage now. We are still behind Jackson Browne who i saw the other day, playing a solo show with total of 16 acoustics placed around him. He did use them all. |

Some new equipment updates. Ed has some new shiny hardware for his drums. Fresh from Denmark St. The guy got angry because Ed wanted a box for the hi-hat stand. Whats wrong with wanting a box? Some people....
Jon has completed constructing his pedal board...so you wont see him scratching his head and biting his lip whilst frantically setting up. |

The Epstein played a great little show at the Ivy House, Stuart Rd, Peckham last night. Cabaret action and the Hank Dog, and an Environmental Health power limiter thingy that cuts the power when things get too loud. Very frustrating. Remember folks. If driving accross London, more than two cans of Redbull is tempting but very very confusing. Good luck Jon and Olly in your recovery. Also the band has been talking to the Hank Dog to record a few live tracks in November. |

The boys are currently working on their debut album (yet un-titled - possibly eponymous) at Truck Studios. Some work will be done in Lampeter, Wales, and in London. So expect a nice mix of sounds the band has wanted to capture on tape. We shall keep you updated on its progress!!!!! |

The Epstein are playing the London City Showcase. This is a week of unsigned bands coinciding with London fashion week. Two acoustic sets in Ben Sherman on Carnaby Street om Tuesday 7th September..1pm and 3pm...so come and buy bright shirts and chunky shoes whilst listening to us.... |

The Epstein are hitting MTV ASIA... Two tracks are being used on the soundtrack of a new surf documentary 'Dave's Indo Tour' due to hit screens... east of Delhi...in the Autumn. So expect news of Asian tour soon. |
