| Huw Stephens very kindly nominated Last of the Charanguistas as his Album of the Week on "introducing...", his Radio 1 show showcasing new talent in mid January. This follows some great reviews in the UK and in Germany, where the album has been getting some pretty extensive airplay. Thanks to all you lovely folk! |

| We are going to be on the road in Germany in August, following a great response to our debut album there from the media and the public! 2 dates in Bremen are booked so far (home to our wonderful label, Dandyland Records), with more to come around the country. We are warming up our sausage-eating muscles as we speak. Literally, I suppose... Exciting times anyway, and something else to look forward to at the end of a festival summer! |

We found out this week that we're going to be returning to Glastonbury this summer, which is, of course, fantastic news! We had a great weekend last year wallowing in the mud, singing along to John Fogerty and doing our turn on the stages of this venerable event, so a hearty huzzah to more of the same!
We won't be too disappointed if it's not quite so muddy this year though...
Tickets are still out there as I write this I believe, so get in there and we'll see you down the front! |
